Scott Hammond

[ Head Chef ]

Scott has been a lead in our kitchen since the very beginning and has now taken on the Head Chef role, leading the Team into 2025 with a truly exceptional menu of delightful flavours.. Growing up in his family butchers, Scott has been ‘in’ the food industry since childhood.

With a penchant for strong flavours and long, slow cooks – Scott has introduced a new depth of flavour to the The Glasshouse team. Taking charge of our Street Food and Events operations, Scott is just as likely to be working out of the Seasons Airstream as he is The Seasons Glasshouse.

Faustyna Lamparska

[ Assistant Manager ]

A familiar face to many of our regular guests, Faustyna has been delighting visitors to The Glasshouse since 2022. Known for her warm personality, impeccable service, and ability to make everyone feel at home, she quickly became a firm favourite among both guests and colleagues alike.

With previous management experience at Zizzi, PizzaExpress, and a Spanish tapas restaurant, Faustyna brings a wealth of hospitality knowledge and leadership expertise to the team. We're delighted that she has officially stepped into a management role, where her passion for exceptional guest experiences and natural flair for hospitality continue to shine every day.

Joe Monk

[ Sous Chef ]

Joe is a highly driven chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating dishes that leave a lasting impression. Having led kitchens across Surrey, he brings a wealth of experience spanning modern British, French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine.

Known for his attention to detail and calm leadership, Joe thrives in fast-paced environments, combining creativity with consistently high standards. Always eager to learn and innovate, he enjoys exploring new techniques and flavours, helping to bring exciting ideas and exceptional quality to every menu at The Glasshouse.

James Harrison

[ Sous Chef ]

James brings a wealth of experience in premium hospitality, having led kitchens across renowned venues in Surrey and Hampshire. With a talent for creating seasonal menus and delivering exceptional dining experiences, he combines culinary creativity with a dedication to quality and consistency.

Particularly passionate about pastry and dessert creation, James loves crafting indulgent sweet treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious. His thoughtful approach to food and commitment to excellence help make every visit to The Glasshouse a memorable one.

Adrian Dovletiu

[ Sous Chef ]

Adrian has been part of The Glasshouse family on and off for the past three years and has recently made the move to join us permanently. With a passion for culinary excellence and a genuine love for The Glasshouse, he has become an integral part of our kitchen leadership team.

Having honed his skills at several prestigious golf clubs across Surrey, Adrian brings a wealth of experience, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food. His dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm make him the perfect piece of our puzzle in our talented chef management team.

Marcolino Tacusalme

[ Bar Supervisor ]

Marcolino brings a wealth of experience and a passion for mixology to our team. With his keen eye for detail and commitment to exceptional service, Marcolino ensures that every drink served is crafted to perfection.

He thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere, where guests can relax and enjoy their favourite cocktails, wines, and spirits. We’re delighted to have Marcolino behind the bar in The Glasshouse and have no doubt that your next Seasons cocktail will be your best one yet.

Lucia Talianova

[ Bookings Coordinator ]

Lucia has been part of The Glasshouse story from the very beginning, joining the team in 2020 as a waitress. Her natural warmth, infectious smile, and genuine passion for hospitality quickly made her an integral part of the business, and the perfect person to become the face of The Glasshouse.

With a wealth of experience gained in hospitality management roles at both garden centre restaurants and family leisure venues, Lucia brings a unique blend of professionalism, energy, and care to everything she does. Whether she's welcoming guests, supporting the team, or ensuring every visit runs seamlessly, her dedication shines through.

For Lucia, The Glasshouse is more than just a workplace—it's a home away from home. Fortunately for us, she's made it hers, and our guests wouldn't have it any other way.

Poppy Dulka

[ Junior Assistant Manager ]

Starting with us when we were newly opening in 2021, Poppy had flourished at Seasons and quickly developed to a pivotal part of the team. Surpassing her training, Poppy was named a Junior Assistant Manager in 2024, and continues to develop as one our event management lead.

Poppy has a passion for exceptional service and a smile to match. She has made sure she is well versed in all areas of the business including Barista, Mixologist and junior Chef.

Norbert Fazakas

[ Junior Assistant Manager ]

Joining us as a leader from Four Seasons and Aviator, Farnborough Hotels, Norbert has brought his exceptional team training skills and passion for mixology and extraordinary service to our beautiful Glasshouse.

Norbert has been an asset to the team already, ensuring the team are happy and confident in their roles and able to bring our wonderful guests their best experiences.
